For enrolled learners with specific lesson questions, please use the Doubt Desk inside each masterclass for contextual review. Inquiries submitted here are recorded in our administrative review system for staff response.

Inquiries are logged in our administrative database and reviewed systematically during business days.
Enrolled students should submit questions directly inside the lesson classroom via the Doubt Desk tab. Questions submitted there are tied directly to the relevant curriculum module.
Classroom & Study Troubleshooting
• Lesson not loading or rendering? If an interactive SVG diagram or quiz does not render as expected, verify that JavaScript is enabled in your browser and refresh the page.
• Accessing enrolled masterclasses: Ensure you are logged into the account used during checkout. Once enrolled, all 32 modules unlock immediately in your account dashboard.
