Refund Policy

1. Evaluation & Free Previews

The Trade Library makes introductory preview lessons available for evaluation prior to enrollment when designated by course administration. We encourage all prospective learners to examine the syllabus, teaching format, and sample written masterclasses to determine whether our curriculum aligns with their educational expectations.

2. Standard Course Access & Refund Terms

Because enrollments grant immediate access to proprietary digital written masterclasses, analytical diagrams, and educational exercises, refund eligibility is governed by verified curriculum consumption:

• 14-Day Evaluation Window / [Approved Refund Window / Terms]: Refund inquiries must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the initial enrollment date.
• Fair Consumption Limit: To protect proprietary written lessons, refund eligibility requires less than 20% total course lesson progress and zero claimed Certificates of Completion.
• Accounts that have completed substantial portions of the curriculum or have claimed a Certificate of Course Completion are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, submit an inquiry to support@thetradelibrary.in from your registered account email, stating your purchase date and reason for requesting cancellation. Legitimate refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.
